5. Orders
Once an order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Acceptance of an order is subject to product availability and successful payment verification.

8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Gift Cards:
- Are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Are non-refundable.

Unused balances after expiry shall lapse.
